To register and maintain an Account on cbtf7, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the Operator's licensing terms. The Operator reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, any Restricted Jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you. The Operator makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account. If it is determined that a User holds multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — the Operator reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close all associated Accounts and to void any Wagers or Bonus Funds therein.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Operator accepts no liability for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
The Operator reserves the right to void Wagers and suspend or close an Account where registration details are found to be false, misleading or incomplete. Any funds standing to the credit of such an Account may be withheld pending investigation.
Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currencies as are made available by the Operator from time to time. Once a currency is selected at registration, it cannot be changed. Currency conversion fees may apply for transactions denominated in a different currency.
The Operator is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, prior to crediting Bonus Funds or accepting Wagers above specified thresholds. Completion of KYC verification is a mandatory condition of continued Account use.

All documents submitted must be genuine, unaltered and clearly legible. It is strictly prohibited to submit falsified, edited, cropped or otherwise manipulated documents. Submission of fraudulent documents may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

Users may deposit funds into their Account using payment methods currently available in the Platform's cashier. Available methods may vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change without prior notice. The Operator does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific payment method.
Payment method references on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are included for the convenience of Pakistani users only. These references do not imply endorsement of, partnership with, or support for gambling activities by any named payment provider. Users must confirm current method availability directly in the cashier before initiating a transaction.

In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits and any maximum cashout restrictions are set out in the individual bonus terms. Users should read these terms carefully before accepting any promotional offer.
Any bonus amounts, wagering multipliers or promotional values referenced elsewhere on the Platform — such as "up to PKR 25,000" or "100% welcome offer" — are illustrative examples only and do not constitute a guarantee of current live promotional availability. Actual promotion values and terms are subject to change at the Operator's sole discretion.
The Operator operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts; using automated betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements; structuring bets to circumvent wagering conditions; or any other behaviour that the Operator reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional terms. The Operator reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings where abuse is identified.
The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at the Operator's sole discretion and do not create any contractual entitlement on the part of the User.
The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any Wager at its sole discretion, including where the Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Wager forms part of a fraudulent scheme, match-fixing arrangement, or exploit of an obvious pricing error.
In the event that a Wager is accepted at odds or a price that was published in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error or data feed issue — the Operator reserves the right to settle the Wager at the correct odds or to void the Wager entirely. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Users.
Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise fails to complete in accordance with the applicable rules of the sport, Wagers will be settled in accordance with the Operator's specific sport-by-sport settlement rules, which are available in the Platform's help section. As a general rule, if an event does not start within a defined period of the scheduled start time, affected Wagers may be voided and stakes returned to the User's Account.
In-play and live betting markets are provided for entertainment and are subject to live data feeds that may experience delays, interruptions or inaccuracies. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy of live data at any point and reserves the right to suspend or void in-play markets where data integrity cannot be confirmed.
Casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines and instant games are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer protocols. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages displayed alongside games are illustrative and based on long-term statistical averages; they do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The cbtf7 name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to the Operator. Nothing on the Platform grants any User a right or licence to use these marks.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or financial losses arising from any Wager outcome.
The User accepts that all Wagers are placed at their own risk. The Operator accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a User's failure to comply with applicable local laws, misuse of the Platform, or failure to safeguard Account credentials.
The Platform may incorporate third-party payment processors, game providers and data services. The Operator is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or performance of these third-party services and any liability in connection with them is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Users may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting the Operator's support team. Any Real Money Balance standing to the credit of the Account at the time of closure (less any applicable Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their last active payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable processing timescales.
Upon Account closure or termination, all licences and rights granted to the User under these Terms shall immediately terminate. The Operator may retain records associated with the Account as required by applicable law and its internal compliance obligations.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed. Where a dispute arises between the User and the Operator in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
Users may direct formal complaints to the Operator's customer support team in the first instance. The Operator aims to acknowledge all complaints within a reasonable period and to provide a substantive response. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the Operator will advise the User of any applicable escalation or dispute resolution process.
Nothing in this clause prevents the User from seeking any remedy available to them under mandatory applicable law in their own jurisdiction. The Operator does not exclude or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer protection legislation.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via the Platform or by notice to the User's registered email address. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 13.2 above.
